- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★For the fact that this branch has to service a large portion of the north shore due to multiple closings of other smaller branches, I believe they do a great job. The attendants are helpful, and if you look up ahead of time what you need to bring you won't have any problems. Just was in and out in 20 minutes.By Ryan Williamson, May 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If i could give them a zero star I would. They look for a reason to say "no". They search for a reason to make you come back again. I was in tears. I researched everything i needed and i know i had everything. The short haired lady looked at my paperwork for minutes to find a reason to say "no". Asked for a manager who i think was going to let me register my boat trailer and she came over to purposefully point out a minor detail about my name that they could have let go. Im there to do what i am suppose to do legally to drive and they have a bunch of insecure control freak people working there. Misery loves company I guess. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got here just 30 minutes after they opened to discover there is NO parking. The few spaces provided that aren't reserved for employees or shared by city hall's laughably small lot are all 30 minute or one hour parking. Wait times here are WAY longer than one hour. Had to park in a shopping center down the street. Then we finally get inside to discover a crowded, gross basement office.
